Blake Griffin is a force of one that may just propel the Los Angeles Clippers into basketball talk of contention. He will definitely make Clippers’ tickets exciting sports event tickets for fans to have.  To say the least, the young powerhouse plays with a relentless motor, and he looks as if he playing a pickup games with a few buddies.   Totally dominating, getting rebounds, and shots at will is what he seemed to have against the Portland Trailblazers.

Griffin presented energy that is seen when kids are opening presents at Christmas time, he so happy to be on the court doing what he loves to do.  Everything has not been typical route for the dominant force from the University of Oklahoma. He agonizingly had to watch other rookies as they contributed to their teams and get the press that he knew he much deserved.  Griffin suffered a broken knee-cap that put him out last season; therefore, this season Griffin is considered a rookie.  With the debut he had Wednesday, October 27, 2010, the Clippers have found an inside force that opponents will be pulling out their hair figuring out how to stop him for years to come.

He was getting tip-slams, grabbing rebounds and playing with an energy that was enough to make everyone see that he will be a threat.  Once he develops more offensive moves around the basket and improves his ball-handling skills; then, he really will be the center of the Clippers’ Universe.  For now, he is a raw talent that is playing with energy and great athleticism.

Griffin’s 20 points and 14 rebounds was not enough to power the Clippers to victory over the Portland Trailblazers; however, in the 98-88 Clippers’ loss, he showed the world that the outcome of the game will not be same too often with him playing a dominant inside game. Griffin should be able to complement the game of his other teammates as he creates matchup problems in the middle.  He will open the game up on the perimeter as he draws double teams on the low-block.  Griffin will continue to get better; and hopefully, he stays injury-free which will allow everyone especially the Clippers’ fans to see why Griffin is truly a force of one.
